SEC Ethics Handbook-The Ethics Office recently came out with an online searchable Ethics Handbook which is a user-friendly, easy-to-read synopsis of the Standards of Conduct, the Criminal Laws and the SEC's Supplemental Rules. This has been a very great resource for the SEC and the ethics office has received much positive feedback. It has served to increase the profile of the ethics office and to enable staff to find answers to ethics questions very quickly.
